Just got off the phone with alex a kind and professional customer service representative he was able to resolve one of my issues regarding shrinkage of clothing after washing I appreciate that it isn’t his fault but my other issues were not resolved to my satisfaction these are business model issues firstly I made an order last night to see that 2 of the items were priced lower today price adjustment is only available on full priced items apparently the two items I purchased were already on sale as many of the items end up being in one way or another before you check out the other issues were with the children’s place cash did anyone else notice the 30 40 price increase the day the place cash went into effect seems somewhat pointless to try to save on raised prices last but not least when you do returns you don’t get any type of replacement of the children’s cash that you earned with with your previous purchases so clothing quality bad price adjustment policy price gouging during promotions and poor refund policies that leave the customer worse off than before the purchase our family will have to shop elsewhere for school uniforms next year on that note you may also want to take your photos down of the tan coloured uniforms in your advertising on your site since you seem to have stopped carrying that colour this year
