But that’s him very athletic um you can see him when it comes to pass rush downs but when you meet him in person man he is intense you know you’re going to get his best he’s going to show up every day to practiceoh it’s been good to be here you know got to meet everybody get my book get ready to go and uh just excited to be here. We respect what you did last season but that don’t mean nothing and to be able to talk trash like that you got to back it up on games so we’re going to see the absolute best play out of everybody out of jamar g new and denzel cause you to put it out there for the world to see and you got to show up and show out nowand I look at it like this you take a look at the bagels and right for all the they’ve done right they got to the playoffs last year had a crazy run through the playoffs they got to the super bowl they was close in that game um jamar chase had a tremendous year they got probably the best receivers almost in the afc as far as t higgins him and. But I was a bigger fan of the 61 yarder because that game was just all tucker it was his his classic game that was the game that really I think was the first stamp on his kind of legacy aside from the super bowl things like that when when he went and beat the detroit lions by nuking six balls perfectly down the middle including that that miraculous field goal to beat the lionsso uh the quote that came after this past one of you know I like detroit a lot maybe i’ll look into getting a house here with his new contract maybe he does yeah. But it’s got to be kyle fuller as I mentioned got the starting job in week one last year kind of by default because ethan postic had multiple injuries in training camp came back too early got banged up and by the time he returned the end of training camp end of the preseason fuller had won that job so he was the starter in week one started a number of games and overall just wasn’t that impressive had some issues in the run game communication was a real problem you could tell other players uh dwight brown in particular were frustrated at times by the lack of communication from the center position and so seattle went back to ethan posek even though they resigned fuller as a restricted free agent gotta wonder if he is really gonna be part of their plans in 2022 dakota shepley could push him if one of these youngsters comes in and they move into center and really picks things up fast see huddle might be bold and say we’re gonna move forward one of these rookies I think fuller’s probably more on the right side of the bubble at this point but shepley would be the one guy that could really push him in this raceand you know if he plays well it’s possible seattle might go with a younger player that they haven’t gotten to see on the field at this point they know what kyle fuller is there may be more upside for shepley as he continues to gain experience at that position so there’s a lot of pressure on fuller here no guarantees that he makes this roster necessarily so he is squarely on the bubble in my opinion as always thanks for making the lockdown seahawks podcast your first listen five days a week you can follow me on twitter at corbinsmith nfl make sure to check out lockedon seahawks on apple podcast google podcast spotify and we’re streaming five days a week on youtube coming up on our blue friday episode i’ll be tackling your questions in our weekly mailbag segment plus checking out which other players could be next in line for extensions after brian monet received a two year deal earlier this week you won’t want to miss it enjoy the rest of your thursday thanks for listening in go hawks.
