Nars cosmetics I wanted to let you know of a SC Bastia Flag of France inside me shirt sweater quality control problem that is going on twice now I have purchased the lashstash mascara sampler from sephora which includes your mascara and both times I returned it the first time out of the 10 mascaras in the package your mascara has been broken and unusable therefore I assume that it is your product that is defective or perhaps it was a bad batch unfortunately sephora has sold out of their kits and is unable to replace my defective one so I am unable to try your product which I was looking forward to doing. The absolute worst I have been a customer of the children’s place for many years I have been shopping in store and online you would think that being such a good customer that customer service would take care of you if you had a problem not the case this time I made quite a large purchase online for whatever reason they made a mistake and charged me 2 times the funds were being held against my account and they tried to blame the bank after calling the bank and seeing that it was not in fact the banks issue I spent 2 days worth of my time period about an hour and a 1 2 to be exact speaking to people in customer service and corporate they were not willing to do anything to help me very poor customer service and I will never shop again shame on you
