Hello I have been a Rambo face mask all He wanted was a haircut shirt sweater subscription customer for 3 years now I am very unhappy at this point and would like to cancel my subscription I was sent a ripped up box multiple times and the last time multiple items were missing it says on my orders that I received the items that were resent by your company and I never got them I cannot even get in touch with anyone on your hotline I have been on hold an hour and when I email it takes 3 5 days to get anything back this is not easy for a mom of two busy kids to have to deal with. I am beyond upset I have live chat pulled up and it has reset twice when it was finally my turn I was also on hold on the phone and got disconnected after 40 minutes I have a screaming baby because ive spent over an hour dealing with this nonsense your customer service needs serious change I have tried to cancel my subscription for 2 days when I click cancel it goes to a blank page both on my phone and computer ridiculous.
