Yesterday morning I checked my bank account and noticed two charges from your company I was not made aware that these charges would happen I called immediately went on chat 630am as soon as it was open I asked to have these orders cancelled and refunded one was cancelled but the other was not I was told if it ended up going to the shipping carrier you would have it sent back to you and I would be refunded this did not happen and now its on its way to me I have now been only offered a partial refund and am stuck with diapers too small for my child I am very concerned that the honest company charges their customers without informing them beforehand then will not fully refund them for products they do not want need. That’s not fair those are 6 and they are the same thing honest words out of my kids mouth though the thought of empowerment is there with some of the shirts saying girl power etc gender inequality is sadly still validated with this pricing absurdity
