Nars cosmetics I wanted to let you know of a Pig I used to be fit and then I quarantine shirt sweater quality control problem that is going on twice now I have purchased the lashstash mascara sampler from sephora which includes your mascara and both times I returned it the first time out of the 10 mascaras in the package your mascara has been broken and unusable therefore I assume that it is your product that is defective or perhaps it was a bad batch unfortunately sephora has sold out of their kits and is unable to replace my defective one so I am unable to try your product which I was looking forward to doing. I placed a order online 5days ago and it still hasn’t shipped called your customer service and person that helped me could not tell me why it was delayed all he kept repeating was it was delayed I already know that and you could tell all they do is read a script and repeat it 3x really need to work on the people who are working your customer service
