I am posting my most recent email here in hopes of a faster response because trying to get this resolved through other methods of communication since 7 26 have failed I have tried repeatedly for nearly a month to get this issue resolved to no avail I have tried calling numberous times but am always disconnected or told the company is experiencing high call volumes I have tried the live chat feature but am 50 in the wait I have two small children plus work full time I do not have time to sit online and wait for hours for someone to help me I would like a supervisors direct number to resolve this matter immediately this is ridiculous I have emailed to cancel my subscription multiple times not because I don t love the products simply because I already have a stockpile only to be told I do not have an active subscription clearly I do since I was charged 84 67 a few weeks ago and received a shipment last week I have given my email address phone number physical address no one can find my subscription for a company this size the customer service is seriously lacking and leaves much to be desired my previous emails have taken 72 hours to be answered it would be appreciated that this be taken care of in a much more timely fashion I m a huge fan of your products but the lack of professionalism and poor customer service are going to force me to start looking for product alternatives. I have been unsuccessful in contacting honest company I have emailed them and also called and been on hold for 30 min and live chat is down too I ordered a diaper bundle and was sent the wrong size im sending those back but in the meantime I have very little diapers for my baby so I call to have them send me the right size as this was in their error and they want to bill me full price and not comp my shipping I was supposed to have a supervisor call me to straighten this out and in the meantime I got an email saying that my order shipped an order I didn’t authorize because I never got a call back and it was billed at full price our last bundle of diapers were size 3 and I swear my son leaked through 1 3 of the diapers and pooped up his back they say they have new and improved diapers but im not so sure of this customer service is not good at all
