Very unhappy with the quality of nars cream blush sticks I bought this a La EQuitación Es Un Deporte Para La Gente Inteligente shirt sweater few months ago at lord and taylor and never used it I finally go to open the package and I see that the whole blush stick got separated from the stick and fell into the cap i’m a huge fan of nars and enjoy everything but this is simply bad quality in packaging and i’m not happy I use smashbox cream blush as well and their blush had held up nicely with a rounder tip it has never separated from the stick lord and taylor refuses to replace my blush even though I have the receipt they are telling me to pay the difference because I had purchased this on a 10 off sale I need this issue resolved and my blush replaced. Bought this primer the other day and was super excited to use it until nothing came out I twisted off the bottom to find this no primer tried to return it but since i’d opened the box they wouldn’t accept it. Make up artist laura at the nars counter in glasgow house of fraser is wonderful if there’s some kind of recognition program she should be put forward she spent so much time with me yesterday and I adore the look and the products she put together for me she even picked up I was wearing a foundation that was too light thank you laura
