I am in the same position as other posters my diaper bundle has been processing for a week now and we are out of diapers super inconvenient when you have a two year old a three month old and work and I emailed a few days ago and today spent an hour on hold waiting to talk to someone and still nothing I don t have time for this and am beyond frustrated after being a loyal customer for years now so disappointed in their service.
